We source good beef from Scotland. We mince it fresh every day. We cook it medium so it’s pink, juicy and succulent. We place it in a soft, squishy bun with minimum fuss and fanfare. We serve it with a smile in a comfortable environment. And that’s it.
Byron’s a London stalwart, a go-to joint on the burger map. There’s a plethora of burger places East but you know you can’t go wrong with Byron. On the cleaner side of the spectrum - no dripping and oozing here - the burgers are straightforward even for the most faint-hearted and buildable with a good range of toppings. The courgette fries are worth having, and if you’re feeling a little holier today, the Chicken Cobb’s a good choice for your waistline. There’s a great choice of local craft beers so make sure you sample at least two whilst you’re there. For research purposes, of course.
