The Ledbury is a restaurant located on Ledbury Road, Notting Hill, London, England. It holds two Michelin stars, and has been featured in S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants. The head chef is Brett Graham, and has been received favorably by critics.
Brett Graham began his cooking career in Newcastle, Australia, aged 15, working in a simple fish restaurant. He then moved to Sydney where, during a 3 year stint under Liam Tomlin at the highly acclaimed Banc restaurant, he won the Josephine Pignolet Award. This granted him a trip to the UK where he secured a job at The Square, working for chef Philip Howard. Further awards followed, including the “Young Chef of the Year” in 2002. The restaurant has gained many accolades including the much coveted second Michelin Star.
The Ledbury’s set lunch menu is straightforward; what you see is what you get, thanks to the pristine team and their attention to detail. Of course, everything is impeccable and the wine pairing takes you on a tour of the world, thanks to sommelier Anja, working in conjunction with the flavoursome food, all wrapped up in the comfortable and bright dining room. There’s a cosy feel here and we’ll sure you won’t want to leave.
