The Private Dining Room, one of two private spaces at Hibiscus, is located on the lower ground floor of the restaurant and accommodates up to 18 guests seated or 30 for a standing reception. It is furnished with the same oak panelling and Welsh slate found in the main restaurant, and offers both the à la carte menu with three courses at £110 per person and the seven course tasting menu at £135 per person. There is also the Workshop, an intimate dining space that hosts the Chefs Table, for up to six people. It is available for lunch or dinner bookings to experience canapés and a signature six course tasting menu (£155). As well as being a professionally equipped development kitchen for Claude and his chefs, the space is also used for corporate masterclasses and tutored wine tastings (from £100 per person).

Chef Patron Claude Bosi welcomes you to his restaurant. Established since 2007 in the heart of Mayfair, Claude’s palate for seasonality and sourcing the majority of his ingredients within the British Isles is translated through his classically trained - yet modern day inspired - dishes. Whether you dine in the main restaurant, the private dining room or perhaps the unique Chefs Table, he excels in delivering a most memorable experience for all. Claude Bosi’s Hibiscus is a restaurant of global renown.
Hibiscus began life in Ludlow, Shropshire but Claude Bosi soon brought the successful restaurant to London where it continues to delight diners with its molecular gastronomy. There's all manners of foams, purees and everything in between so eating here is quite special because you've got to admit, there's something exceedingly exciting about advanced chemistry in the kitchen, or is it just us?
