The Michelin starred restaurant Outlaw's at The Capital boasts an ever changing array of unique dishes created using British seafood caught predominantly around the coast of Cornwall.Opened in 2012, Outlaw’s is located in the refurbished restaurant of the Capital Hotel. Since David Levin opened it in 1971 the hotel has been home to some of the country’s top cooking talent. Outlaw’s at The Capital provides a superb location to enjoy the best seafood in London.
Outlaw’s at the Capital has recently been awarded one Michelin Star in the UK and Ireland Michelin Guide 2014. Head Chef Pete Biggs who has worked with Nathan over the past 10 years, focuses on simply prepared, ecologically sound seafood caught predominantly around Cornwall, though sustainable catches will feature from elsewhere in the UK.
Simple, seasonal food is the order of the day courtesy of Nathan Outlaw and Pete Biggs at Knightsbridge's The Capital Hotel. The cladded dining room serves as the perfect venue for a classic set lunch menu where, naturally, seafood is championed.
