The newest addition to the fold, Hawksmoor Knightsbridge – with its glamorous Art Deco interior, is on Yeoman’s Row, just off Brompton Road between Knightsbridge’s iconic department stores, Harrods and Harvey Nichols, and Kensington’s iconic cultural institutions, the Victoria & Albert, Natural History and Science Museums and the Royal Albert Hall. As well as steaks from ethically-reared traditional British breeds, the menu features a number of new seafood dishes such as Singapore-style Devilled Lobster, rawCitrus Scallops with Chilli & Ginger and a Lobster Roll with Sriracha & Yuzu. For those needing a respite from the local shopping or a post-museum pick-me-up there is also a set menu featuring charcoal-grilled rib-eye and monkfish available at lunch (Monday to Saturday) and early evenings (from 5-6pm).
The most recent addition to the Hawksmoor clan comes in the form of a slightly (but only slightly) smaller restaurant. Alongside their extensive variety of steak, seafood has been brought along for the ride and you’ll find an array of oysters, caviar and lobster on the menu. Decked out in walnut wood and brass, it’s easy to see why Hawksmoor is loved by so many, you’ll feel special from the moment you step through the door. The calmly cool atmosphere twinned with the faultless service and flavoursome steak will be sure to knock your socks off. Just around the corner from the Natural History Museum and The V&A, it’s the perfect spot to recharge after your culture hit!
