The restaurant is run by acclaimed Head Chef Adam Simmonds, previously of the eponymous Michelin starred Restaurant at Danesfield House. The restaurant focuses on the very best of seasonal British produce using only the finest ingredients to create exceptional cuisine. There is also an open kitchen and Chef’s Table where Adam can cook for you, creating a remarkable dining experience.
We’ve sourced extraordinary meats from a brilliant butcher to ensure the highest quality cuts possible. All our steaks are served with beer pickled onions, truffle salad, whipped bone marrow and parsley crumb. We’re very proud of our steaks. And we’re not the only ones: “beautifully presented and tastes delectable” according to The Arbuturian, “excellent” say Fabric Magazine, while The Huffington Post considered theirs to be “without a doubt one of the best in London.” High praise indeed.
