Danny Lidgate is the fifth generation of his family to run this150 year old business. He personally selects organic and grass-fed beef, lamb and pork from selected free range and organic farms and estates. Lidgate’s family butcher’s has five generations of knowledge behind the counter of its famous shop in Holland Park, west London. Chefs, dedicated carnivores and the locals of this foodie neighbourhood come here for anything from a lunchtime sausage roll to a magnificent rib of grass-fed beef for a dinner party. The Butchery has been in the Lidgate family for 5 generations now and where there are glimpses of tradition, there are some qualiy new and modern creations - keeping Lidgate fresh and up to date. Their suppliers include Prince Charles' HighGrove farm and they have a wide range of pre-prepared and ready to eat dishes that are also available for devliery.
