Charlotte’s Place is an independent family run neighbourhood restaurant and a founding member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association. As a business we strive to conduct ourselves ethically and use sustainable practices as far as possible. Aside from providing filtered water, recycling our waste and using recycled menu paper (to name a few) we rely heavily on our people to keep our business in check. The most important impact we can have is to source seasonal produce to use on our food and drink menus from ethically minded local suppliers. In order to do this Lee and his kitchen brigade work tirelessly to bring new innovative dishes every month, using the best seasonal produce they can find. Of course it is our front of house service team that strive to welcome you into a comfortable dining atmosphere and provide the experience that keeps our regulars coming back.
Just off Ealing Common park is a delightful restaurant which is anything but common. Established in 1984, Charlotte’s Place is Chiswick’s pinnacle of fine dining, and boasting 2 AA Rosettes Awards it’s not hard to see why! Owner and visionary Alex Wrethman re-energised Charlotte’s Place and it serves as the crowning jewel to the Charlotte’s collection; head chef Lee Caden is the man who brings his vision to life. The front door decorated with accolades (quite rightly so!) is not the entrance. Instead you are directed to the right hand side of the building to ring what appears to be a residential door bell; an indication of its strong link and heritage to the neighbourhood.
